Active participation with our portfolio companies.

We act in the capacity of true strategic equity partners and thereby share in both the risks and the rewards that are associated with growing any expansion stage company. We put a substantial amount of time and effort into each investment, and as such, we take a reasonable equity position in each company that we invest into.

We aim to develop great companies that create and sustain lasting value by providing entrepreneurs with more than just investment capital, but with access to our own strategic partnerships that have been developed over years. We facilitate and participate in strategy formulations, the creation of strategic partnerships with market partners, customers, and suppliers, as well as providing operational expertise, recruiting of key executives and board members for the company, facilitation of additional financings when required and developing and implementing exit strategies.
